I am a Mechanical Engineer and Certified SolidWorks Professional specializing in Mold Making, Advanced Surface Design, Mechanical Design, and Sheet Metal applications. Currently, I am pursuing my Master’s in Advanced Engineering within the Manufacturing Engineering Department at Georgia Southern University. I serve as a Graduate Research Assistant at the LANDTIE Lab, where my research focuses on developing advanced non-destructive testing (NDT) solutions by utilizing Phased Array Ultrasound testing, Total Focusing method and Immersion NDT for efficient detection and characterization of defects in welded and cast components.
Prior to joining the LANDTIE Lab, I worked as a Mechanical Design & Simulation Engineer at Walton Compressor. My responsibilities included new product and mold design, implementation, reverse engineering, FMEA/DFMEA analysis, and multiphase fluid flow simulation. Additionally, I have contributed as an industrial consultant to companies such as Cast Fast Germany, Dan Cabriel Design Australia, and Sentinel CNC Mexico. My work has involved Binder Jetting 3D printing mold design for casting applications, end-to-end product development for clients like P&G, and reverse engineering of automotive components for scalable mass production.
